Chairman of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan
Following graduation from the Medical College of Virginia, Dr. Topf completed a four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Sinai Hospital in Detroit.
He then went on to become Chairman of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, as well as Director of the Residency Program at Sinai Hospital.
Currently, Dr. Topf is Chairman of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He is also the Medical Director of the Craniofacial and Cleft Palate Clinic, as well as the Director of the Residency Program at that institute. Dr. Topf is also an Associate Professor of Surgery at Oakland University William Beaumont Medical School.
Dr. Topf has published and lectured both nationally and internationally on various oral and maxillofacial surgical topics including implantology and surgical correction of facial and jaw deformities. He has served as an examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the State of Michigan Specialty Licensing Exam.
